CONFERENCE REPORT OF WCET & WEFB 2025
The World Conference on Education and Training (WCET-2025) and Symposium on World Economics, Finance and Business (WEFB-2025), which took place at Hyatt Regency Tokyo during Aug. 19th-22nd in a hybrid format have come to an end.
The two conferences were hosted by LMSII, and operated by Amazing Congress Co. LTD and VOW Congress Inc. There were 100+ renowned guests from 26 countries who gave moving speeches, such as Dr. John Fischetti, Professor of Leadership and School Transformation, The University of Newcastle, Australia; Dr. Alan Kin Tak Lau, President, Technological and Higher Education of Hong Kong (Thei), Hong Kong, China; Dr. Karen Keifer-Boyd, Professor of Art Education and Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, The Pennsylvania State University, USA; Dr. Tatsuo Hatta, Chairman of Executive Board and Professor, Asian Growth Research Institute, Japan; Dr. Avanidhar Subrahmanyam, Distinguished Professor of Finance, Goldyne and Irwin Hearsh Chair in Money and Banking, UCLA Anderson School of Management, USA; Dr. William Jeynes, Professor of Education at California State University in Long Beach, California; Senior Fellow, the Witherspoon Institute in Princeton, USA; Dr. Kun Yan, Associate Professor at the Institute of Education, Tsinghua University, China; Dr. Gernot Mueller, Professor of Computational Statistics and Data Analysis, University of Augsburg, Germany; Dr. Meziane Lasfer, Professor of Finance, University of London, UK, etc. There were Plenary Forum with 15 parallel sessions in WCET-2025 and 5 parallel sessions in WEFB-2025 that covered main topics in the field. In addition, 4 posters have been presented on-site. During the conference, all participants had in-depth discussions and communications exchanged positive experiences and practices, as well as spurred new ideas and opinions. Conferences such as WCET -2025 and WEFB-2025 are a valuable way to discuss ideas and explore new research and techniques. It also aids in the development of fresh ideas for ongoing research. As a result, more collaboration and network building are encouraged. In the near future, we have more exciting conferences coming up, for example, WCET-2026 and WEFB-2026 which will take place in Hong Kong in next summer. Participants are invited to attend the forthcoming conferences, and your suggestions and advices are also welcome.
